At Rosa Dame, every creation reflects exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and exclusivity. Each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, often tailored with meticulous attention to detail.
Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer RETURN under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

The product must pass a quality inspection upon return
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process:

An exchange for another product, or

Store credit / refund, as applicable

These pieces are not eligible for regular exchange or return due to their handcrafted and made-to-order nature.
Exception (Damage from Our Side Only):
Exchange will be considered only if the product is damaged from our end.
In such cases:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Defective due to manufacturing issues

Incorrect (does not match your order)
We will resolve it through exchange or store credit, post verification.
