All Rosa Dame creations are handcrafted, and availability is subject to design timelines, artisan capacity, and raw material supply.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to design updates, market conditions, or fluctuations in raw material costs.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once you receive a written confirmation from Rosa Dame.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability

Errors in product information or pricing

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the product (ready-to-wear, made-to-order, or couture) and the shipping destination.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Rosa Dame is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Product Policy

As each Rosa Dame piece is handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to fabric differences, lighting, or artisanal techniques. These are not considered defects.

Made-to-order and couture garments require extended production lead times. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Sizing details are provided as guidance; however, minor adjustments may be required depending on body type and fit preference.

Payments

All payments must be made through the secure payment gateways available on rosadame.shop.

We do not store or retain sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card details.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) 

1. Eligibility & Region Restrictions

   • COD is available only within India.

   • COD is not available for international orders.

   • Only verified customers are eligible for COD to help prevent fraudulent transactions.

2. Verification & Approval

   • All COD orders undergo a mandatory customer verification process (via phone, email, or other methods).

   • Orders will only be considered confirmed after successful verification.

   • If the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious, the company reserves the right to cancel the COD order.

3. Fraud Prevention Policy

   • In the event of any suspicious activity or unverified buyer details, Rosa Dame may require prepayment for the order.

   • The brand retains full discretion to deny COD to accounts with a history of failed deliveries, returns, or misuse.

4. Payment on Delivery

   • The buyer must pay the full invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery.

   • If payment is not ready, the delivery agent is authorized to withhold the parcel.

​Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Rosa Dame maintains a strict no-return policy for change of mind or preference.

Exceptions apply only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products as outlined in our Return Policy.

Order cancellations are not permitted once production has begun, particularly for customized or couture items.

• Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
